Based in Edinburgh, Fae is a Senior Transport Planner at Vectos Microsim with over 3 years’ experience. She joined Vectos in October 2018 after completing her Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Geography and Geoscience at the University of Aberdeen.
Fae specialises in discipline of microsimulation modelling, developing S-Paramics and Paramics Discovery models. She has significant experience in the matrix estimation process, as well as calibrating and validating models to TAG criteria.
Fae is also skilled in GIS spatial analysis and data manipulation, which is used to interrogate a range of data sets including Census Journey to Work Data, Mobile Network Data, and ANPR data, to inform model development and wider transport study objectives.
Her most recent projects have catered to both public and private sector clients, ranging from Local Authority wide area modelling to smaller development impact assessment studies.
Outside of work, Fae enjoys spending time with friends and cooking.
