Gareth is a Director of Vectos based in Manchester. He has 25 years’ experience as a transport planner and highways engineer advising clients on development planning, masterplanning, transportation planning policy and traffic engineering.
Gareth has a broad range of experience in all development sectors and has acted as an expert witness for both private and public sector clients at many appeal inquiries, as well as CPO and Harbour Revision Order inquiries.
He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography and an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering. He is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Hihways and Transportation and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Outside of work, Gareth likes to get outdoors, and enjoys fell walking, camping and football.
