James is a Director based in Exeter. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the development planning industry where he has gained considerable expertise in identifying access strategies and assessing the impact of a range of different land uses.
His key areas of responsibility include feasibility studies, masterplanning, traffic modelling and providing input to Environmental Impact Assessments. He serves clients across the UK but has a particular focus upon the South of England.
James has a Bachelor of Geography (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, a Master of Science in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton and an MBA from the University of Leicester.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and introducing his two sons to the ‘character building’ experience that is supporting Aston Villa.
