James is a Principal Technician based in London. Originally from New Zealand, he graduated with a Bachelor of Surveying from Otago University and now has 16 years of Highway design experience in the UK.
His main areas of work involve supporting clients’ schemes by designing junctions into potential development sites, and carrying out swept path analysis of industrial, commercial and residential sites.
Recent projects include: Junction design for a large housing development in Harlow, swept path analysis for 67m long wind turbine blades to a Wind Farm in the Scottish Highlands, and testing vehicular movements for hundreds of delivery vans around Amazon distribution sites.
Outside of work, James spends time with his young family and plays the guitar.
