Richard is an Associate Director based in the Manchester office. He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of land use sectors, providing advice from feasibility and masterplanning stage, through to the preparation of planning applications documents and successful post submission negotiations.
He also has extensive experience presenting schemes to political stakeholders including councillors and planning committee members, and has acted as an expert witness at planning appeals. Richard has a BA (Hons) in Town Planning and Management from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster, and is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys bribing his children to watch Wycombe Wanderers, music and camping.
