River is a Senior Transport Planner based in London. He started working with Vectos in 2018 and has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Highways and Transport.
He is involved in a variety of projects in the residential and commercial sectors, contributing to a variety of transport assessment/statements, transport strategies/appraisals and producing travel plans and technical notes. He has experience in Environmental Modelling, GIS and Statistics, using a wide range of software including Junctions 9 and LinSig to undertake junction modelling analysis, CAD and ArcGIS to produce detailed plans.
In his spare time, River enjoys, playing rugby, snowboarding and exploring different cities.
