Tim is an Associate Director based in Bonn, Germany. He is a City & Regional Planner by background, and during his 14 years of professional experience, he has specialised in sustainable mobility and infrastructure planning. He has a MSc in City and Regional Planning, a BSc in Geography and a Postgraduate Certificate in Urban Design and Regeneration.
Since 2012, he has been responsible for leading Work Packages in EU research projects, including as Innovation Manager in CIVITAS PORTIS, Business Strategy developer for SOCIALCAR travel assistance ITC services, and Trainer in the rural transport focused SMARTMOVE project. Before joining Vectos, his role involved the preparation of infrastructure delivery plans for regional and city authorities in the UK, as well as managing development consents processes for major transport, energy and water infrastructure projects.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys cycling, ski touring and surfing.
