Tom is an Associate based in Leeds, working as part of the Vectos team in Yorkshire and the North East. Tom’s role is to assist with the growth of the office and to assist the Regional Director. He has a diploma in Environment and Planning and 20 years’ professional experience in the UK transport planning arena, mainly in the private sector.
Tom has experience of taking a project from initial discussions on the viability of a piece of land, through providing detailed comments on access to a Site and then on through the planning application. Tom also has a keen interest in ensuring that any support doesn’t end with a planning approval and that any clients are assisted with the discharge of planning conditions where required.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys watching football and playing golf and spending time travelling across the country with his wife and son.
