Tom is a Principal Transport Planning with over seven years’ experience in transport planning. He has worked on a broad range of both public and private sector projects, and is experienced in producing transport assessments, statements and travel plans. He has worked on a wide variety of schemes including residential, retail, waste, employment and educational facilities.
He has previously assisted in the production of advice to the Highways Agency as part of its development control framework, gained a good understanding of the principles of junction design through the use of CAD and provided input into the masterplanning process for area-wide regeneration schemes. Tom has a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Transport Planning and the Environment from Leeds University. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys music, films and sport.
