Tom is a Senior Engineer based in London with more than 6 years’ experience in highway design, with particular expertise in schemes delivered under S278 and S38 Agreements. His associated skills include geometric design, pavement design, materials specification, stats liaison/negotiations, swept path analysis and highway scheme cost estimating.
He has experience liaising with contractors, highway authorities and statutory undertakers during the construction period, resolving technical queries and onsite issues seeing this process through to completion or technical approval. Tom holds a HNC in Civil Engineering from London South Bank University.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys keeping fit at the gym, playing football and more recently completed the London Marathon.
