Project overview
Altair is a £70m leisure-led development in Altrincham town centre. The scheme covers two hectares next to the new Altrincham transport interchange and comprises a 4,000 sq m leisure centre; 9,000 sq m of retail and restaurants, coffee shops and cafes; a bowling alley; 150 new apartments and townhouses; 3,000 sq m of office space; and a car park.
Our approach
We produced a transport assessment to support the planning application for the development which we negotiated to successful resolution.
