Project overview
Beam Park has outline permission for 3,000 residential units, a new railway station, mixed-use commercial space, as well as community and multi-faith spaces.
We are providing transport planning advice to Countryside to support Reserved Matters, Section 73 and full planning applications for Phase 2 at Beam Park in Dagenham.
Our approach
As part of our work, we worked closely with the design team, and engaged with TfL, the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and the London Borough of Havering.
Our work has focused on the impact of the development on the surrounding public transport system as well as its environmental impact.
