Project overview
Circle Square is a new neighbourhood in Manchester, on the former BBC site at Oxford Road. It is being delivered in three phases and includes over 1,000 new homes, 400,000 sq ft of offices, a multi-storey car park and hotel as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
Our approach
Vectos was appointed to develop the waste strategy, forecasting the waste volumes based on MCCs requirements, the size of bin stores, the recycling regime and frequency of refuse collection needed during development.
We worked closely with both the architect and client team throughout.
