Project overview
The proposals at Harrington are for an entirely new settlement comprising up to 6,500 homes, local centres, employment space, schools and healthcare services. It has great potential to become a highly sustainable community, driven by the implementation of a wide range of modern mobility initiatives.
Our Approach
We have developed a comprehensive and innovative Mobility strategy to meet the needs of all aspects of the proposed development, with a focus on internalisation of trips within the new settlement and sustainable travel initiatives.
We have also designed potential local highways improvements including the delivery of a new motorway junction to replace Junction 7 of the M40.
