Project overview
The Imperial Hotel in Russell Square, Bloomsbury, is seeking a rooftop extension with an external area open to the public and reallocation of internal space within the hotel. We have provided transport advice in relation to the proposed redevelopment.
Our Approach
We created a transport statement to assess the transport impact of the proposals. Following discussion with London Borough of Camden, an Operational Management Plan was also submitted with the planning application, outlining the operational and servicing arrangements for the hotel. As access to the site is constrained by the existing building and access, we have provided input to the Construction Environmental Management Plan.
