Project overview
The St Johns masterplan will deliver a new neighbourhood containing 320 hotel bedrooms, 560,000 sq ft of workspace, 240,000 sq ft of retail and 13 acres of public realm. It consists of six high rise towers, four on the main site of the former Granada Studios, and two on the Trinity Islands site.
Our approach
We are advising on the highways, sustainable transport and waste and servicing strategies. Our role spans the detailed design necessary for the planning application through to delivery on site and efficient ongoing operation.
