Project overview

West End Green is one of the largest residential developments in Westminster, with 651 residential units, commercial retail, office space and high-quality public realm including a residents’ garden.

Accommodation is arranged across a series of mansion blocks with a tower element at the south end of the site. The 2.66-acre site on Edgware Road is located just north of the Westway, which was an under-occupied, temporary car park and car wash for 25 years.

Our approach

Vectos provided transport and highways advice, including the transport assessment chapters of the Environmental Statement, up to successful planning approval, which was grated in 2016. We also provided design input for the public realm improvements and double basement car park and servicing area.
