Joe is an Senior Engineer based on the Manchester office with 12 years’ experience in highway design, drainage design and transport planning.
He has a wide range of experience, working in a number of sectors, including, residential, commercial, industrial and retail. His role involves delivering highway and drainage schemes under S278, S38 and S104 agreements. His skills include, vertical and horizontal geometric design, drainage design, pavement design, highway scheme costing estimates, statutory undertaker liaison and swept path analysis.
Joe has a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton, where he studied part time to achieve his degree. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Outside of work, he enjoys a number of sports, including football, swimming and golf. He also supports Preston North End and attends matches regularly.
